WARNING: this company will do anything possible to weasel out of the responsibility of restitution for damage that occurs to your car in their service department. Maybe their sales personnel gets great reviews from people they've sold cars to, but the management excersiced insulting and despicable judgement in my case. Stopped in to get a key made (while out of state visiting my grandparents, one of which received a heart valve transplant 15 years ago - so needless to say I don't have time time to waste). When we got in the car to leave we saw an ENORMOUS crack in the windshield (spanning almost 3' total). After being written off by every level of management but the owner himself I was told to wait in a conference room (for 30' longer) til finally the GM came and refused my terms of restitution: full compensation for parts and labor to replace the damaged windshield with the same factory windshield, installed by the Toyota dealership in my hometown. They completely failed to furnish proof that it wasn't their fault, because there was none. An inspection was done on the vehicle and no damage to the windshield was noted (because there was none). I am going to sue them, and will follow up with the final verdict once the case is closed so everyone can see that I'm not someone with too much time on their hands trying to get a free lunch. Rather, time is the one thing my grandfather and I do not have much of. Hunter Johnson, the GM, even had the audacity to equivocate his daughters birthday today with my grandfathers remaining time on earth, and specifically said my family is no more important than his. Wow. Read their mission statement... But don't believe a word it says.

Idiots. Spent 15' on the phone trying to buy 10 bags of the CHEAPEST soil so my lead guy could quickly pick it up and return to a job. Was just about to give them my credit card number when I got a call from my foreman who was already there about to check out with 10 bags of soil that cost less than half of what I was told was their cheapest product. Instead of saving my guy in the field 10' it cost me 15' in addition to his time. Thank for nothing. Hopefully stores like this will drive traffic to small businesses that provide excellent customer service.

The owners are very honest and personable and they run a clean, safe bar that also serves good food. They do an excellent job booking good bands - I've seen Johnny Lee stop in for open mic night, and I've also seen a whole lot of up-and-coming talent come through there. I once left my guitar there for over a week and had apparently had nothing to worry about cause it was safe and sound when I went back to pick it up. You don't see THAT every day!
