Remember when sticks & mud were the only things you needed for an afternoon? If mom gave us twine (that’s like tiny rope, kids) that would get us through a whole week.

Those little guys have a day job! Irish lore indicates that Leprechauns earn their gold by making & mending shoes.
Leprechauns are often described as wizened old men with pots of gold. But there is much more to the Irish folk legend.

Roller Skating was perfected in NYC: The big apple got the sport rolling in the 1860s with a hunk of rubber.

Spring... Bluh. Even the most disinterested groan is quieted eventually with kinetic energy. http://buff.ly/180c9Nz

Great place to skate in Lee's Summit! Rink is in good shape and they keep it clean. Staff is friendly and helpful while keeping everything under control. It's our favorite in Missouri!

A great value for the experience. Reminds me of my Jr. High skate dates! We've only had super customer service there.

quite rundown, while skating I found that the rink had cracks and pit all throughout it.

I have been going to Landmark since I was a little kid. It's a great place to bring your kids and listen to quality music while skating! The employees there are very kind and helpful to make sure your visit was amazing and completely worth it! I have never regretted coming to skate here and I will always love it! I encourage anyone who is looking for a fun time to hang out with friends and family to come to Landmark Skate Center! (:

I just started goin to landmark a few weeks ago with my kids and I have to admit it is alot of Fun. the atmosphere and employees are Great. The Friday night Dj plays alot of newer music, and is upbeat with the crowd. My kids really have a good time they enjoy the food, fun and games plus quite a few of there friends go there as well. All in all they run a good clean fun establishment. Thanks Landmark

This place is below par of what skating rings are suppose to be. The place is dirty and filthy and i rented skates and i had to ask for three different pair and they were all not in good working order. They dont know about there equipment that they own. Use can even use a flash drive this is 2009 i have never heard that for a skating rink. The employees were ok i cant say they were mean. Also, i would never take my children here because the walls are all made of brick so if you cant stop and you hit the wall it is going to cause some serious damage. The actual skating ring was very low quality. The sound system was horrible it sounded like speakers from an old stereo from the goodwill. The music we did bring was not played during there version of what they called limbo. They decided to play there own. There was an older lady at the door that took the tickets she was very unfriendly. All in all i didnt feel comfortable and therefore never return.

How can you respond to a RANT of three years ago? If you take the time to read other reviews written by Fredrick F. I think you can put it into perspective from what was quoted a long time ago..... " YOU CAN PLEASE SOME OF THE PEOPLE SOME OF THE TIME, ALL OF THE PEOPLE SOME OF THE TIME, BUT, YOU CAN NEVER PLEASE ALL OF THE PEOPLE ALL OF THE TIME"... The honorable Abraham Lincoln

I love Landmark2 Skate Center! They have new carpet, a new skate floor, and friendly employees. My 10 year old son has been taking skate lessons there, and absolutely loves it! We have continued with lessons for almost a year now. It's a great program, because they let you sate for free in the following session. We even bought our own skates through Landmark2 at a great price. Having a good pair of skates makes a big difference. We did a lot of research, and they had the best deal on qualify skates. Highly recommended!
