We had an appointment set up for Friday between 12pm and 2pm at 2:30 I started calling all I got was an answering machine I left several messages and took a day off work to make sure I would be home, still no call back. Its now Monday morning an hour after they have been open I get lucky Mike answers the guy I have been dealing with says he was just listening to my message REALLY!!! So I lose a day at work and the only explanation I get is sorry I forgot to put it on the schedule not a good answer in my book considering I talked to him twice to set up this appointment. This is warranty work and with how it worked out I would not recommend this place, when I'm at work I always call people back daily even if its bad news so i expect the same from others !!! Lets see how the next appointment tomorrow turns out I will follow up on here.

I have a home warranty and was told by that company that Scott's would call me within 2 hrs to set up an appt. They didn't, so I left two messages. No call back. Guess they don't need the business. Do not recommend.

I have an old Roper oven that was not working properly. I called and next day service was available. I gave them the model number and they had the parts needed. They called before they arrived, They fixed the oven in roughly 40 min. I paid the $200 bill and the wife was happy to have a working oven. The reason for the 3 stars is that the breakdown of the bill included an $80 trip charge. I live maybe three miles from Scott's. Just left a bad taste in my mouth.

We have an HSA warranty and this was the company that was contracted to come diagnose our washing machine issue. They called 2 days after we were advised they would to set up initial appointment then advised they would need to order part and they would come the following week to repair however its now been 3 weeks still no word from them and we have called many times with no answer or return call. Very disappointed. DO NOT USE GO ELSEWHERE

This company is terrible. They came to repair my range vent over three weeks ago. The repairman promised to return in a week with a part that was needed. Its been 3 weeks now and my range hood is still stuck out and non functional. We called and they keep saying they will check for the part and call us back but no one follows up. My advise, shop around and find ANYONE but them to fix your TV and appliances
