Their customer service is really great. I just had a nice exchange with their downtown branch about a notary public. They emailed me with the text I needed. This isn't even their area of expertise and they were so helpful about it. Thanks SMCU! (P.S. Really love their banking services too)

These guys are amazing, I was able to easily work with them to get a car loan at a reasonable rate and payment schedule. Thanks John Suk and SMCU

What can I say about this Credit union. long lines no matter what time of day un-attentive staff tellers are not friendly in a ny way shape or form. Transactions are slowed to induce overdraft fees This place is more like a corporate bank than a credit union. Try BECU, or Verity they are a thousand times better

This bank is seriously terrible. Three months of back and forth to get an issue handled between them and third party they outsource their auto loans too. Being given flat out wrong info multiple times, disconnected contact numbers, threatening letters and outrageous "mandatory insurance" coverage rates ($3K a month). Online banking that barely functions and these are just the start of the issues. Do yourself a favor and go to BECU or Wa. Federal.

Been a member for 30 years. Staff are professional and helpful. Downtown branch is the busiest; hence you might get slower service. Southcenter and Northgate area are my first choices plus parking is easier. Pretty good rates and services comparable with most credit unions.
