Introduction
Faffing around in KM for the BBC's R&D dept.  Easily distracted, bore quickly and pathetic work ethic.

Lionel is one of the most professional friendly and capable trades people I've ever had the pleasure to do business with. His expertise and long experience means no problem is in soluble, and usually he has a clever way to make sure the fix is both quick and good quality. Always quick, tidy and helpful, Lionel is well worth approaching for any of you plumbing issues.

My colleague and I have just finished a long week at the IBC conference with an outstanding meal at de Waalhals. We were welcomed by the establishment's nonchalant cat, and then by the friendly and engaging anglophione staff. My colleague is vegan, and they were only too happy to ensure he had as wide a range of options from the menu as possible. THe atmosphere was relaxed calm and casual, and the food excellent. Soup of the day and mini tapas starters both hit their respective spots- the soup wholesome and tasty, the tapas fresh and envigourating. Mains were packed with flavour and came in generous portions, and desert (panaforte!) took a usually heavy and dangerous dish and made a light but hearty dish. All in all a tremendous evenings dining- utterly perfect!
