I'm organizing a CrisisCamp Boston hackathon for this upcoming weekend at the MIT Media Lab. The current flu epidemic has inspired us to focus on response to crises of a viral/biological nature.

Supply chain data for vaccinations will likely not be available for hacking, so I'm wondering what kinds of relevant open data exists that we can hack against over the weekend. Also, are there accessible epidemiology models we might be able to apply as algorithms to analyze data sets over the course of a two day weekend?

The best answers to these questions would involve the names of people who would be able to jump into video chat next saturday.. or even join us for the full weekend at the Media Lab!
