Matt Cochran: By ending the movie with the traditional opening sequence of Bond walking, shooting down the barrel of the gun, etc., I think they clearly were trying to say, "now things are starting, this is the new beginning of where we want Bond to go." I only wish this new beginning or refresh could have occurred with a new Bond as well. It doesn't serve to make a clean break into something new and reborn, when in a movie or two everyone we have seen start new relationships with Bond now share those memories with someone other than Daniel Craig. Oh well, pretty good movie though none the less.
Brogan Zumwalt: Yeah, the theme fits the 50th perfectly, third movie with the same actor... a bit odd.
I get the feeling you're not that huge a fan of Craig as Bond.
Matt Cochran: Not true! I think he fit the role well. I guess I just prefer a more suave interesting Bond. Craig was just always walking the line of one dimensional action star for me. Casino Royal was his best movie in my opinion proving he could be a great Bond. Unfortunately, they turned him into more Jason Born than Bond in the subsequent films.
