, maybe you should put that clearly in the ad (blurry fine print dies not count!) ..... Which is in store of course. Also, nothing in store promoting this offer in the VG dept., or any other either.
Curious why this would not be front and center in the store. Maybe a table with a rep to answer any questions? Seems like a wasted offer if you are redirecting the customer in order to make a sale.
I waited until I got home to buy it, only to find I have to go back to the store. Seems like a better director of planning is needed for +Best Buy

Store, this would never happen. Always make buying anything as easy as humanly possibly. A happy customer is a returning customer.
