Basic Information
I have to say I was very disappointed in the customer service. I went in 30 mins. early for my daughter's appointment her appointment was set for 9am. I signed in at 8:25 but there was no one at the front desk. Another family came in 15 mins later than me mind you I'm still sitting here waiting in the to be initially checked in by the front desk and finally the receptionist comes to the front from who knows where and she checks in the other family before me and still did not acknowledge that I had signed in 15 mins earlier and was sitting in the lobby waiting for her to do her job which was to simply check me in, I mean I signed in on the check in sheet. I finally get up and ask her once she has just bypassed the check in sheet if I need to check in and she says oh no I was going to get to you I was just busy. When I finally get up to pay and sign my authorization sheet I see the family that came in after me has signed in under me but with the same check in time as me and yes you guessed it the family that came in after me gets to see the surgeon before my daughter because of the lack of customer service the receptionist has and attention she paid to the lobby and check in sheet. I was actually referred here from the Monarch Dental in Wylie and I will ask them to never refer me to this office again. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service this place has. I hope my daughter does not have to have oral surgery again and if she done I would rather pay out of pocket than to deal with bad customer service, I mean I'm helping pay your salary so the least you can do is be attentive to the customers.
