I started going to Battle and Brew about a year and a half ago and since then I have become a regular. The games are great, the food is good and reasonably priced, but it has really been the staff that has kept me coming back. Nate, Gunnar, Smawley, John and the rest of the staff are all awesome. They are always nice and they make sure there is never a dull moment at the bar. They also make sure to know the names of everyone who comes in. Because of this, they have very loyal customers.

I especially recommend going to Geek trivia on Wednesdays. It is lots of fun and I actually took my mom there for Mother's Day. She had a blast!

I read some of the reviews and one mentioned a poor drink selection. They have a wide variety of beers and they even have a gluten free beer for customers who have a gluten intolerance. Recently they have been making an effort to expand the drink menu and have added several sake cocktails so whoever posted that review should give them another chance.

In conclusion, I recommend you stop by. You will probably see my best friend and I sitting at the bar so come over and say hi.

I read some of the bad reviews about the long wait for food and the poor drink selection. Battle and Brew does not have a full kitchen at the moment so the wait time for the food can be a little long but they always let you know and they have recently been making an effort to expand the menu.

In conclusion, I recommend you stop by. You will probably see my best friend and I sitting at the bar so come over and say hi.

The games are great, the food is good, but it has really been the staff that has kept me coming back. Nate, Gunnar, Smawley, John and the rest of the staff are all awesome. They are always nice and are on a first name basis with almost every one who comes in. Because of this they have very loyal customers. I especially recommend going to Geek trivia on Wednesdays. This is the first time in my life that I have ever taken the time to review a business online. That should give you an idea of how bad Night Owl Pizza is. I ordered two different kinds of pasta and spent $17 dollars but in the end I couldn't make myself eat a single bite. I threw out the Night Owl garbage and headed to Taco Bell for some 4th meal. Taco Bell was like eating at a five star restaurant compared to Night Owl; when I took the lid off of the pasta I ordered I had to step back and almost threw up from the smell. I don't know what the smell was but its definitely not edible. The most disgusting part of it all was the "Chicken Parmesan" which consists of cheap spaghetti mixed with crap chicken nuggets that you would get from Mcdonalds. Its probably not chicken, probably cat. Might explain where my cat ran off to!
