I saw a car online that I was interested in buying and called down to get more information. Rich McKinney answered and told me he would call me back after he found the car. Shortly after he called back to tell me he had found the car tucked away in the detail bay. The ad was a month old so being that the car was just now in the detail bay I knew it was either being sold or something was wrong and getting fixed up. Either way not a big deal but I wanted to know. I asked him why it was in the detail bay he responded that that was just where they parked it. It doesn't take a genius to know that you don't just occupy a spot in a detail bay for no reason. Detail bays are there to make money not park cars. I asked again why it was in the detail bay as that seemed abnormal. RIch responded very sharply "I TOLD YOU THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE CAR" then immediately hung up the phone. I logged back onto their website so I could send them an email explaining how Rich had just treated me. Over 24 hours later I received the following response. Hello Graham, Hope you're having a great day! My name is Robert Fritscher, Online Sales Coordinator at Loren Berg Chevrolet, I am assisting your internet salesman Brian Dupree, we received your inquiry about a 2012 Cadillac SRX! I apologize for the previous call into our store. I found the Cadillac and the reason why it was in the detail bay. The Cadillac had a water leak. Our service department had located the source of the leak and we have been waiting for the part and in the meantime had it drying out to make sure it was perfect. Would you like me to follow up with you when it is ready to view? Stock #95670 Kelley Retail Value: $34,145.00 Kelley Wholesale Value: $29,959.00 Dealer Discount: $4,146.00 ePrice: $29,999.00 plus licensing and documentation fees. By the way, we are in dire need of Trade-In vehicles, so we are interested in any trade you may have. Click here to have your vehicle appraised by our online trade evaluation service, or call me for more information. Graham, let me know how I can be of further assistance. We pride ourselves in offering the highest level of customer service here at Loren Berg Chevrolet. And if you stop by our dealership, please be sure to ask for Brian Dupree or myself. We look forward to working with you. Best Regards, After my first interaction and then this reply, which I can't even call half assed apology because there wasn't even half effort put into it, I will not be going back. I'm really confused how they tout their premier customer service and these were my two interactions. Go figure I must also be a genius I was able to put 2 and 2 together to identify that they don't use their detail bay just to park cars.

I have seen many optometrists and Dr Carla Avruskin is the best. She is the only Dr that has every completely diagnosed the root of my vision problems. You can tell that she prides herself on her ability to solve and treat your vision. I am thankful that I have met her and been able to work with her. Thanks

I dropped my dog off to get groomed. Upon picking him up he seemed extremely sedated, normally he's extremely excited to see me, this time his head just hung low. Once I got him home I noticed that white in his eye was completely gone. His pupil was surrounded in blood red. Concerned I took him to our vet to have things looked over. They told me that the blood vessels in his eyes had ruptured and that is what caused the coloration. Their only explanation for this is a dog being traumatized, usually resulting from being choked. Fortunately they told me his eye is fine and he should return to his normal self after he processes the stress from the trauma. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE THEY DO NOT TAKE CARE OF ANIMALS PROPERLY!

My furnace broke and it was very cold outside. Normally I do my research to find a company but this time I was in a bind as my family needed heat turned back on. Greg at AM/PM has a full understanding of this and has no problem exploiting you for it. I will give them the a compliment that they were able to make it to my house the same day I called when none of the other companies could. That really should have been my first warning sign that a HVAC company could squeeze me in. They set me an appointment for 12 to be out. At 11:55 Greg called to let me know he was going to be running late and should be there by 1:00. He finally showed up at 2:00 not the biggest deal as I'm sure winter is a busy time but again this should have been another warning sign. He popped up in my attic looked at the control board that had a self diagnosing LED light and said the slow blinks meant my fire rod needed to be cleaned. He pulled it out wiped it clean and away the furnace went. He the. Asked for my credit card information and told me they would send a bill. This again should have been a warning sign. Many tradesmen will have the office take care of the billing later that day but will give you an estimate. He left my house a half hour after he arrived at 2:30. Two days later my phone alerted me to a $240 charge on my credit card. When I called to get an explanation as to how the charge got so high for a visit that took less than an hour to complete including drive time, I was yelled at by the lady who answered the phone. She wanted me to understand that they needed to make a profit and be able to cover business expenses. She then slammed the phone down and hung up on me. To make things better they then sent me a "hey screw you, your thinking is wrong" letter. Feel free to look on Yelp you'll see it there. It's comical how bad their idea of customer service is.
