Poor quality track and racing carts. Definitely NOT 40 mph. My cart bounced around like a bucking bronco the whole time. Felt like the wheel was bent. To make it worse the concrete was anything but smooth. My cart was passed on the straightaway by several other carts with the pedal to the floor. It was clear that the performance of each cart was not evenly matched. When I spoke to the employees they were mostly rude. I figure that I might get some sort of civility from the manager. Ryan Sullivan was his name, after greeting me with a cigarette in his hand, he continued to smoke as he told me how he assured me that there was nothing wrong with the cart and that he was certain that I just didn't do well in the race. He had the further talent of insulting me with the arrogance that he could get a lap time of 80 seconds with the cart I had just used. I asked if I might have an opportunity to try a different cart. I think he really enjoyed telling me No. Well, sorry to interrupt your smoking. What a fine establishment run by such a courteous management!
