Starbucks at El Con Mall The last few times I have been here (I go to Starbucks everyday) they have been rude and have not made the drink to order. Add shot etc. I used to like this store a lot and would tell people it was the best one to get your coffee, however the last three to two months the service has been very bad and the wait time for your drink can be as long as 10 minutes then if they make it anyway they want it is a waste of money. I have seen a decline in service and in quality since Starbucks started to offer the free collage courses online for their employee's, great concept but now they have free loaders just working for the free schooling. Get a right: El Con Starbucks.

Back in my day this place was an actual mall, it was small but it was still a mall. When it was closed down and all but 3 stores were closed down it was a great place to go if you wanted to walk laps in doors instead of outside in 100degree weather. It could have been a nice place to film a zombie movie except the fact that security would tell you off for recording in there. It's not a mall anymore but just a regular shopping center. Target, Walmart, Ross, Movie theater and more. It's a nice place but I miss the mall. My issue with it is the huge vacant area that is fenced off, it has no purpose but other than that it's a good place.

It's not really a place to actually go shopping for fun. It's more for everyday stuff, it used to ve a mall. It was good until they brought a walmart here. Then it just got really trashy.

I literally stopped there on my way home from the hospital where my mother had just passed away. The "barrista" asked me how my day was going. I told her it was not so good. She asked me why and I told her my mother had just passed away from cancer. She got a huge smile on her face and mocked me, saying, "Oh I know just how you feel!. My boyfriend left me for another woman and then married her!!! Ha, ha, ha!" Seriously? She actually thought it was "funny" that I had lost my mother hours before? What a sick woman. Does the manager train these sick people to be so rude and crass?
