MasterCarguy44: Califirnia is not a prefictor for ghe nation young lady, your on drugs or being mislead with fake news by your own organization because its excessively, overly expensive to live there and homes are WAY over priced. By 30-40% minimum. So I'm telling folks not to listen to this nonsense. This false news garbage. When are you people in the medis outlets going to realize "we the people" have had enough. Your supposed to report unbiased, non political, non religeous news snd your not!. CA, it is a state of excessive taxation sending the garbage that live there, running to AZ, NM, NV, OR. And these states next to CA don't want the CA garbage overflow of: illegals, crime, and other residents in these states. Nothing in CA can be used ss a predictor since about 1985. So I suggest you get with reality and tell it like it is. Its all on your conscience.
Thomas Elliott: California real estate has long been way way way overpriced. Along the ocean I can understand but inland? No way. This is why twice as many people move FROM California each year as those who move TO it. The Golden state isn't "all that" and a bag of chips. Between fires, high taxes, over priced property, and earthquakes, it's a no way for me.
Refuso Againo: Typical that it took a Harvard study to determine that the high ground is more valuable. And (that) it missed the point, no ground is valuable when the entire ocean is moving up, and affiliated storm damage extends inward from that. What about infrastructure? $Million houses need sewers and road access. This is fool's territory, but you know what they say about money and fools.
