This restaurant sets itself apart from the rest with its unique and atmospheric ambiance. Food was delicious and I've been here twice. Service is always presented with a smile, including waitresses dressed to suit. In my book, a staple to keep coming back to for something different to normalized american fare.

Had NY bday party here two years ago. Love the atmosphere. Good is going downhill since then. Still good but not as great as it used to be. Fix this and will give 5stars.

Pricey, but a great experience. We had tried to get into the one in Moscow, but it was full and the wait was too long. I love how it is decorated, full of porcelain figurines, wooden bowls and spoons, matryoshka, and other items you would expect to find in a dacha, giving it an almost fairytale like, Russian Country Home feel. There are many appetizing choices on the menu. I chose the beef stroganoff with kasha and it was everything I was hoping it would be and more. They bring out brown bread with a lard spread and radishes. I did not try the spread but the bread was great. When we came, it was a busy night and it took a while for us to be served. The waiter was very apologetic and gave us free champagne. This is really nice Russian restaurant with a very special atmosphere.

Not worth the $$$. The food is mediocre at best. The service is spotty. The only thing that this restaurant has going for it is the atmosphere which is very eclectic and interesting. That being said, the bathrooms are probably the most interesting part. It's just not worth the money that they charge.
