The pizza dough/crust is fantastic. There are a good number of different pizzas for a variety of tastes. The large pizzas + thin crust + juicier toppings can lead to the tips of the slices being a little soggy and might be easier to eat with a fork/knife (blasphemy, I know), however that all depends on the pizza style. Some say 2 Amy's is better, but they are both really good in their own way as this is more American/New England style and 2 Amy's is napoletana style, very different.

The pizza here is pricey, but worth it if you like thin crust pizzas with interesting topping combos. My favorites are the Boola Boola (very spicy!) and the Elm City. Pizza is always hot when I've had it delivered or picked it up to go. Decent beer selection here too.

Pretty abysmal. Pizza was burnt at the crust and soggy in the center. Expected more out of a pizza that took 40 minutes to make. Had the New Haven style... clams were filled with sand and extremely unappetizing. About the same quality as Domino's and five times the price. Avoid this place if you want to enjoy a slice.

Fantastic pizza, and wonderful gluten-free pizza crust too. Slightly more generous on the toppings than the Clarendon location, but odd method of seating when it's busy: you aren't allowed to order food until you've waited in line to get a table number, so you end up waiting in line while no one is allowed to order and then waiting again for your food.

Pete's Pizza has a great selection of pizzas and they are probably the best I've had in the DC area. When it's nice out, it's a great place to enjoy their sidewalk tables to enjoy your pie, just watch out for the birds or be sure to sit at a table with an umbrella. Their customer service is also really great, since they have so many pizzas, the staff is helpful and attentive. The only downside to Pete's is their subpar cannolis. I love a good cannoli, and this place is not the place to get one. Oh, and Crunch [gym] members get a discount!

Excellent pizza. Crunchy crust, quality ingredients, and overflowing with flavor! A bit pricey but definitely worth it. We also had the spinach salad, and it was impeccable. Keep it up.

Had two slices of pre-made cheese and pepperoni. Big slices and hot, but the sauce tasted like spaghetti O's flavored. Very sweet very can like was OK

Good pizza for DC! By far the best crust I've had here. Thin crust, crispy on the bottom, yet still chewy on the inside. Well done! Toppings were flavorful, and not your standard variety. My wife and I shared a veggie slice for an afternoon snack that had a pesto base, red onions, sweet corn, herbs, and a good quality mozzarella. A good deal at $3.25/slice Decor was clean and neat with ample space, including a nice outdoor area. Service was good behind the counter, and very good with the bussers. They were prompt to come by and clean the tables and were friendly with customers. Overall, a good stop for some of the very best pizza I've had in DC.
