Recently dined here for our anniversary. We'd been before but not in 7-8 years, and it's still absolutely amazing. First rate, friendly service from the moment you walk in the door. And the food...oh, the food! We started with the spring roll sampler as an appetizer; all 5 varieties are amazing but the chicken parm and buffalo chicken were particularly tasty. For entrees we both had the filet with the gorgonzola cream sauce - that combination, in my opinion, is the absolute star of the entire restaurant. The steak will melt in your mouth and the gorgonzola sauce is absolutely to die for - we literally closed our eyes with each bite to shut out some of the background noise and focus on the taste! Our sides (which are family style) were green beans w/pancetta (perfect - beans were nice and crisp!) and sweet potato risotto. For dessert we had the peanut butter tandy cake and the apple pie parfait - both not too rich and the perfect finishing touches. Yes, this place is a splurge. With all that food plus two drinks our bill was about $180 - but I don't regret a penny. It is absolutely, 110% worth it! If you haven't been to Davio's - GO NOW!

One of the best restaurants I've ever been to. The service was so good that I felt like we were the only ones in the restaurant (we weren't, most tables were taken). The manager came over at least three times, and offered to make any alterations on any dish, and they'd do their best to accommodate any request. The food is so good that it's ridiculous, and the portions are the perfect size. Not so much that you hate yourself, but not so little that you feel worked over. A little on the pricier side, but if you stay at Club Quarters you save 15% making it much more reasonable, considering how high quality this place is. (We ordered drinks, an appetizer, two entrees, and dessert and it was less than $80 with the discount). You don't have to dress up, but you might feel out of place in a t-shirt and jeans. Don't take my word for it, give it a shot and try to tell me I'm wrong.

Had dinner here last night, 4/11/15. Two couples, and the bill came to $300. plus tip. One would expect a really nice presentation and exceptional food. Neither was present. The calamari was good and that is where it ended. Two platters of fish with crabmeat. The fillets came out looking very dead (by that I mean frozen) with spinach and claw crab meat under the fish and very little of it. The fish was over salted. Both gentlemen ordered steak and both said it was tough and tasteless. $38.00 ea. I am not a fan of dessert carts but my husband ordered the lava chocolate cake. Not good chocolate and we left it. The setting of this restaurant is a most beautiful room that was once a bank, so no thanks to Davio's. I would rate this restaurant along with Ocean Prime. They are in a special catagory of patron who thinks everything is wonderful as long as they do not have to cook it. These restaurants focus is on liquor and drinks. The food is less than second rate especially at those prices, you have your choice of some great restaurants in the city.

Excellent service and atmosphere. The food was fantastic as well. The place has a nice view of the city and has a great fine dining atmosphere without because extremely over-priced. Definitely worth a visit!

Food was excellent, love the service they treated us like friends then family, but still had the correct professional vibe, which I thoroughly enjoyed. I would compare my experience to Carnevino and Delmonico's Steakhouses at the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas.

Will try again. Wasn't bad... Just had to rush out for a show. Club in basement is the pits though.

Dined at Davios for the first time for girlfriends birthday. She is Gluten Free and the overall experience was outstanding. By far the most gluten-free friendly upscale place we have been to. After much deliberation we had pasta appetizers and filet as our entree. Menu is complete with pasta, fish and meat options all which can be prepared GF. The food was great but the service was the most impressive part of the experience. We actually thought they mistook us for secret shoppers or something. I don't usually post reviews, but in this case I felt compelled to give credit were credit is due. Will most certainly be going back, and give Davio's my highest endorsement.
