Why wait till the New Year…begin today! Look through your pantry and refrigerator and discard of any expired food. Move on to donating processed foods that have more than 6 ingredients. Keep your ingredient list short and words you understand. By making these small changes, you will improve your meal choices. You make meals with foods you have left and adding fresh foods.
