India Gate, standing tall and bright!!
This massive arch, known as "All India War Memorial" or simply "India Gate", acts as the focal point in New Delhi.
The India Gate is to King’s Way [Rajpath] what the Arc du Triomphe is to the Champs Élysées

While temperature is rising up with every passing day, there are few places around Delhi which offer some respite from the heat. Kamla Nehru Ridge Park in Civil Lines area is one such place.
A walk around this lush green & densely covered park is no less than a walk in the Oasis.

Like a number of other mosques of Shahjahanabad ,the Fatehpuri Masjid at the western end of Chandni Chowk was built by a royal lady. Fatehpuri Begum, one of the wives of the Emperor Shahjahan, built this mosque in 1650. The area is now more popular because of the surrounding Spice market.
Explore the magnificent Mughal Architecture & flavors of Purani Dilli on our upcoming walk: https://www.facebook.com/events/557320684370828/
