Congratulations to the McDuffey Law Firm, LLC! While there are over 28,000 lawyers in the State of Missouri, the McDuffey Law Firm obtained the 53rd largest Verdict/Settlement in the State in 2015. It was another great year for the firm. Can't wait to see what 2016 holds.

ATHEISTS SUE TO REMOVE "IN GOD WE TRUST"
In a federal lawsuit filed last week in Akron, Ohio, a group of Atheists sued the federal government to withdraw the phrase " In God We Trust" from all United States currency.
The Atheist group is arguing that the phrase is a clear violation of the separation of church and state.
There are 41 plaintiffs included in the suit, which is being spearheaded by lawyer Michael Newdow, who is 0-1 in federal cases after losing the effort to remove "Under God" from the Pledge of Allegiance.
