Our speciality
1. We cook our broth for days by using large amount of pork bones with our special ingredients to make the soup into a thick, rich , milky pork bone soup.

2. We use the premium Berkshire Pork for our chashu , pot-stewed then grill!
3. We pick the highest quality brown eggs, soft boiled them then marinate with soy and sweet wine.

What is the best way to eat Ramen?
1. Eat while the soup is boiling hot!
2. Slurp like no one around ! Slurping actually aerates the broth and enhances the flavor of the noodles, avoid your noodles going soft and droopy, so eat quick and loudly!

Our policy
1. Tips? It's up to you ;)
2. No carry out. We want to keep our noodles at the best quality.

Noodle shop specializing in pork-broth ramen, served in a rustic-chic space with plank-wood walls.- Google
"The tonkotsu ramen was good, but the spicy miso was better."
"I really liked the li hing mui powder that they put on them."

Overall my favorite ramen in Houston. Will be making the 45 min drive to get my ramen fix. Broth is very good with just enough pork flavor. Would prefer the egg to be fermented to more flavor. but still very well cooked and taste.

One of the top Ramen places in Houston IMHO. Ramen Jin serves up an authentic bowl of Japanese Ramen that has me going back for more. Their Tonkotsu soup thick with a slight bony note and mesmerizingly white (how the heck do they make it so white?). The tare pairs well with the soup and the toppings are great (I just remember that the chashu was a little bland). The noodle is the right firmness that I prefer in my Ramen. This is definitely a Ramen place I will be going back to frequently. Oh, for the new visitors, go to the counter in the back to order and pay first then grab a seat.

Best ramen; better broth and chashu than tiger den. Recommend the tempura fish cakes and takoyaki as appetizers.

Cane because of good review but the noodles really settled like your typical 20¢ grocery in an amazing soup, kind of like wearing unmatched fabrics: it just doesn't go. And if you're sharing its a bit complicated. Chicken app was delicious but salty

My favorite tonkatsu in this great noodle city. The soft boiled egg is boiled in their delicious broth and I can't help but get an extra. The pork belly is second to none. I also really enjoy the tempura sweet potato.

Food was good. There were some hiccups with my order but overall good experience. Floor was sticky.

Very unique and great atmosphere. The Ramen is good, but JINYA Ramen has a better flavor.

Honestly one of the best ramen places around with a nice authentic Japanese theme. (as it should be). The food is great, but a little expensive for it's serving size.
