For the past three months, our class, conveniently named Hacking: a Practicum, have been exploring the different aspects of education, including different pedagogies, how discipline intersects with education, and how we can use different technologies and social media in the classroom. We then ended the term with a class field trip to the MIT media lab. As the final conclusion to our class, here I present to you my case for why we need to hack our education. In this video, I will explain my take on what hacking education means, why we need it and how we should approach it.
