Went on a rainy Saturday. Paul greeted us, asked us what we were looking for and ran out into the rain to start pulling up cars to test-drive. We were able to test drive by ourselves without the pressure of a salesman riding along. We figured out what year and trim we liked, did some research and made a reasonable offer. When I picked up the car, they took the time to go through all of the car's functions and operations. We really enjoyed the whole experience and are in love with our new Outback.

I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a new Subaru. In fact, I'd probably drive here from out of state if I lived somewhere else. I was amazed at how easy it was to purchase my new car from Todd at Subaru of Loveland. They came to me with a great initial price. I didn't even have to bargain with them. I was never once uncomfortable or suspicious throughout the buying process. They included many special little details that I feel other dealers would not put the effort into providing. You won't regret buying from Subaru of Loveland.

Purchased a 2015 Subaru XV Crosstrek from this dealership about a month ago. Completely positive buying experience. Especially appreciated the personalized orientation experience where I was given a complete explanation of the vehicle's features before leaving the dealership. I had researched the suggested buying price for the vehicle on several web sites and was prepared to bargain with a particular starting target price in mind. When the e price they offered came in under my starting price I was pleasantly surprised and actually forgot to try to bargain. Thanks to Marlin and his coworkers for the great job. I will be back!

This is my 2nd vehicle from Jerry Schneider at Subaru of Loveland! Best customer service experience of any dealership I've ever had. Jerry made it easy and everyone was helpful from the front desk and finance to parts/service (adding a hitch and carrier soon). You know you're in a good place when they give you your space by not being pushy and answer any questions you might have. It was worth the drive up from Highlands Ranch. Loving my 2015 Subaru Crosstrek!!

The experience and staff was FANTASTIC...We went to another dealership because they had the actual color we were looking for but due to the terrible service and the staff downgrading the Subaru we ended up going back to Subaru of Loveland cause we knew we would receive excellent customer service based on our previous purchase from them back in 2011. Jerry, Paul and Steve did whatever they needed to do to make sure we walked out of there satisfied and a happy customer. This dealership is nothing but professional and would highly recommend them if you are in the market for either and new or used Subaru. Lesson learned, even if we had to settle for our 2nd choice in color we could have saved alot of time and headaches if we would have went to Loveland in the first place.

Buying a new 2015 Subaru Outback from Subaru of Loveland was great as everyone else has said. The support and experience after, has been terrible. Shortly after purchasing the car, my wife got in a wreck and the car survived the wreck well and protected the occupants. However, Subaru does not have spare parts available (waited 2 months on a simple radiator bracket), lacked expertise in alignment and adjusting camber (new model), etc... Not acceptable in my opinion. Going on 3 months of problems and slow responses. Still no repaired car. 1st time Subaru buyer and I was hoping for more. It would be nice if an awesome car and buying experience was backed up by awesome service and support.

I have been looking for a specific used car for a very long time and it popped up at this dealership, so I called to double check that it was actually a manual, which it claims on their website to be, after about 5 minutes or so of waiting on the phone I got to someone and asked them, they said they would call me back soon which never happened. After about a hour I call back and could not get anyone to pick up the phone, so I decided to go to the dealership. When I arrived there was almost no customers and a ton of people working. How can they have so many people doing nothing and not pick up the phone? Very unprofessional. I am confused as to how they have good reviews after calling them and getting such poor service or more accurately no service the second time. Also they miss labeled the car and it was automatic. Spend the extra time and go to a real dealership. Not a cheap place like this that does not even care enough to have someone answer the phone. Any business owner knows that answering the phone is the most basic task to be accomplished, just imagine what else they won't do if they will not do the most basic fundamental tasks. This was just my one time experience so take it will a grain of salt if you like, maybe it was a bad day for them.
