Signed up for the bridge tour. The guide, Sam, is very friendly and accommodating to picture requests. Amazing weather certainly helps the overall experience as the whole tour is full of breathtaking scenary. Will do it again!

Went to Blazing Saddles with a group of friends because we were in the mood to ride along the Embarcadero and across the Golden Gate Bridge. When we got there, there wasn't really a line, but we had to fill out a lot of forms and wait a bit before we finally got our bikes. The bike prices are pretty good when compared to the other bike rental companies in San Francisco, and Blazing Saddles does have a convenient after-hours drop off warehouse that's brightly lit. The bikes also come with a suggested route on them, which was nice. However, their selection of bikes is limited, and I had to ride on a bike that was a little small for my frame.

This tour was excellent we had zero experience biking and we had a blast am not going to lie it was hard but the rewards were great. We were in a guided tour with sam and he was great always attentive about everyone great costumer service great guide all around. If you can get into the guided tour I recommended a lot because I don't think we would have pushed so much if it wasn't for everyone in the group.

If you can handle the ego killer that they give you when the basically treat you like a 5 year old who's never ridden a bike before this is a great place. They were fast, efficient, charged exactly what they said they would charge, and we did what we wanted to with their bikes. A little hint, they will match any competetors coupons. They tried to give good directions, but I'm sure we just weren't the best at following them... we didn't get completely lost, but some of the roads aren't marked very clearly on the trails. The really great thing is that S.F. is an awesome place to ride, mostly flat, beautiful, with PLENTY of bike lanes for the biking safety of real road bikers and the fluffly riders like us. We had a great time. Oh, one more BIG hint about Blazing Saddles- you must return your bike to the same place you rented it from, don't think you will be renting from one location and returning to another- that's not in their system.

Had a reservation, which meant of course that we had to get in line and wait with everyone else. Bike we requested wasn't prepared and asked for Look Keo pedals. Should have brought our own, because they insisted that the old style Look pedals were the Keo's. Love arguing with peeps that obviously don't know anything and just want to get you out of there. So, if you "Wanna bike the Bridge" and wanna ride a piece, then they are your shop. If you are a cyclist at all, then I would go somewhere else. They obviously don't know what they are doing and don't seem to maintain their bikes. Surprised they haven't been sued with inadequate equipment failing down one the massive slopes....
