Excellent Food. Fair Service (the guys do a GREAT job but there are only 3 or 4 for the entire restaurant! WTF) Fair Salad Bar. Excellent Price. It is a "so so" for this place. NOTE: a year ago this place used to be a EXCELLENT OPTION but something happened... (?)

I came with my wife to celebrate Valentine's Day and the service was poor. The taste of food is good, but if I have to recomend someone to come here I will say go to the other Brazilian churrascarias in town.

Purchased a Groupon Coupon for 6. As the coupon indicates, I called to make a reservation. After the 5th call they finally answered and told me they were not taking anymore reservations. Arrived at the restaurant at 8:30 pm and was seated immediately. Service was HORRIBLE! Servers were in no mood to work. Asked for a brochure of their steak cuts, and they said it was only available online. After trying a few of the steaks that were brought out, we asked for filet mignon that was advertised on their online brochure. They brought out filet mignon wrapped in bacon. We kept asking for filet mignon without bacon and they wouldn't bring it out. After 20 minutes, another server tells us that they only have filet mingon wrapped in bacon, I ask him again "So you guys never have filet mignon without bacon?" He tells me, "Well we do, only when ordered by customer". I looked at him and told him we had ordered it close to an hour ago. He said "OK 15 minutes". 20 Minutes later they bring out 6 small pieces of filet mignon. Overall I do NOT recommend this restaurant. BAD SERVICE, HORRIBLE AND NASTY MEAT!!!

I have been here twice before and I think its excellent value esp with the coupons. I suggest you get there no later than 630 there is a noticable gap in table service during peak sit down hour. The place is very cold so I suggest you wear long sleeves and a cap, yea it is that cold. The salad bar is well stocked and has ample variety for everyone. I would not go to Angus and praderia is good choice compared to fogo which I am still upset about for charging $35 for a shot of 15yr whiskey. For that fogo can go F.T's. I like praderia

Someone else picked this one, so I blame them. Was there a hue and cry for a wannabe Fogo de Chão that I missed? If not, then this is a solution looking for a problem. Or maybe a problem looking for a solution. First impressions are always important, and an unattended, *dirty* bar is not a good impression. Things don't get better from there. The decor wants to be nice, but is a thinly stretched budget, giving the whole place a fresh coat of paint over tired and worn facilities feeling. The food is presented as an open side dish bar and waiters bringing by various meats. The meats were uninspired, and often overcooked and dry. The only two items I found mildly appealing was the beef skirt and shrimp -- and the shrimp were hard as hell to get since they would only bring out a single skewer every fifteen minutes that would only last two or three tables. With food that could only kindly be referred to as mediocre, and prices that were extravagant, you'd think they'd divert your attention with stiff drinks... but even those were a fail.

Pradaria is not as fancy and not as good as Fogo or Chama but definitely holds it's own. Their salad bar is not as great compared to their competitor. They do not have the best selection but hey, people don't come here for the salad. Meat is adequate, they only give you smaller portions. They also don't come back as often compared to Fogo or Chama. Good thing about this is, it gives you time for your food to settle and you are not overwhelmed right away. The meat selection is not comparable to their competition but fair enough. Service is not the greatest. You really have to wait for refills of your drink. A very casual place unlike Fogo and Chama.
