Do you want to eat better for your body but are afraid of feeling deprived? Have you tried to build healthier habits in the past, but failed? Are you struggling to reach or maintain your ideal weight? Do you feel like you are eating 'good enough' but aren't seeing the results you wanted?

I'm here to tell you it doesn't have to be that hard.

Imagine having a guide who could help you figure out what has kept you from achieving success in the past. And I don't just mean, "you should probably eat some veggies," but looking at what has kept you from eating those delicious greens, so we can remove any road blocks to your success, and develop a plan.

Imagine giving yourself the chance to prove that you can indeed change your habits, and you are capable of seeing changes to your health, without feeling deprived.

Imagine going on this journey with others who are facing the exact same struggle, and not only getting support from them, but being able to share your knowledge and offer support as well!

Well, the good news is that's what this Group Program is all about!

As part of this program you will receive:

- A One-on-one 30min consultation at the start of the program with Rachel Lajoie. During this consultation we will get clear on your goals for this year and what has kept you from achieving those goals in the past so that we can remove any obstacles that will prevent you from achieving success in 2016, and discover the steps you need to take to move forward, and your individual plan for the 4-week group program

- A One-on-one 30min closing consultation at the end of the program where we will review your goals and what you achieved during the program, and again outline your steps forward.

- Four on-line 75 minute themed Group Sessions. These will be at 7:00 PM EST on Mondays, starting February 8th and ending February 29th.

- Membership to a Private Facebook Group to share and build connection

- Handouts and materials to support you in maintaining the momentum we will build

Thank you Kate Winslet!  I love this!  It is so important for us to realize that wrinkles and blemishes are normal, rather than comparing ourselves to the unattainable beauty we often see in the media.  :)
