Story
Introduction
I was born in Phoenix, AZ. I came to El Paso when i was a baby and i''ve been here my entire life after that. I'm a strong independent woman and a single mom. I have 3 wonderful children who are my life. I'm planning to go back to school soon to further my education and i want to write a book. That pretty much sums it up.

Did an excellent job fixing my Nexus screen. They also did an unlock on my other phone. It was ready when they said it would be. Great job. I highly recommend this place

I am forced to use this bank because the business I work for has an account with them. I personally would not open an account here. Every morning they have a huge line, and only 2 to 3 tellers working. I asked one of the tellers if they were understaffed and she responded with a very sarcastic tone " No we're not short staffed. I don't know why people keep asking that." I explained to her that it was because there were only two tellers and a really huge line, also the commercial lane is closed sometimes. She said " we're not short staffed, it's just that people don't understand that there are other banking methods. They don't have to come and stand in line. That response was very upsetting to me. I understand that there are other methods, but people should not be punished for using this one. They should have more tellers helping get the line down. Also, they tend to close down the drive thru and their commercial lanes sometimes too. Which is really irritating, especially when there are ridiculous lines inside. I don't have the option to use other banking methods because I have to get change orders for work. I don't think it's fair for me to have to head to work a whole hour early to get my change and open on time. My time is valuable too.
