Disclaimer: If don't like cupcakes, don't go to a cupcakery. For those that do like cupcakes, come here. They're good. Well worth the $3.50/cupcake price tag that others refer to as "gouging."

Hello, I wanted to give a group of girls an appreciation gift and was very disappointed in my recent experience. I thought a great tasting cupcake would be a nice "you did a great job" gift. I went into Red Velvet and wanted to get cupcakes in an individual gift box. The sales associate behind the the counter waited on me and found an individual cupcake box that would've been great for what I was looking to accomplish. I said great you just made my day and I would like 12 cupcakes in the individual boxes. A guy walked from behind the counter, and I got the impression that the guy made a gesture to the person assisting me to say no don't do. After the eye contact, the guy helping me all of a sudden, said there was ONLY one box and he had no more. I spent over $60.00 in cupcakes. Red Velvet did not go the extra mile in customer service and I will not be returning!

Small shop but with a decent selection of cupcakes, including two vegan/gluten-free options. My partner and I split a white velvet cupcake and were pleasantly surprised by both the cake and the icing (which was very vanilla-y, in a good way). Definitely worth a visit if you're hankering for something sweet near downtown.

Expensive, but worth it. I ordered 18 cupcakes over the phone for a coworkers birthday. The lady who answered was very polite. My order was perfect when picked up and everyone loved the variety of cupcake flavors.

I like to consider myself a cupcake connoisseur. I tried the vanilla cupcake and I must say I was beyond surprised at how moist and Rich the flavor was. I would definitely rate them a10 unfortunately, I can only rate them a five!

This place has very good vegan, gluten free cupcakes. The VGF vanilla is the best IMO, even though the chocolate with chocolate icing is more popular. The location is dangerously close to my office. If they added more VGF options, like adding a coconut icing or another flavor like carrot, I'd be in there way more than I'd want to admit.
