One of the most common obstacles I hear from dreamers, is that of not having enough time. Now, to some extent, there may be a truth to how much free-time your specific situation allows you. You may be a carer or have two jobs in between meals and sleep.…

I support Spiritual DREAMERS (creative souls, helping professionals, and deep thinkers) to become Purpose-Fuelled DOERS.

You may recognize a dreamer as someone who:
- feels overwhelmed with all the different advice out there
- isn’t sure how to turn this sense-of-purpose into actual progress
- no longer trusts their own decision-making
- lacks the clear vision of their goals
- struggles to keep up motivation and energy for consistent action

I’m taking on 5 new clients to work with me for 60 days one-on-one at a significantly reduced rate so that I can ensure my time-scales are realistic for everyone and gain feedback on the process.

Interested? Let me know!

Someone posted a question in a Facebook group at the weekend asking for help with managing stress at work. The gist of the question was “How can I stop crying angry tears at work?” Now, I’m not a medical professional, and these articles focus on giving my…

Project Research:
This survey is for people who have a sense of "I am meant to be doing something - if only i could figure out what, and how".

They often:
- have tried many self-development options: self-help books and changing habits, setting resolutions and all the spiritual memoirs promising them the keys to happiness…
- feel overwhelmed, exhausted and a little lost: unable to focus on a direction, let alone which path is The Right One.
- consider themselves “over-thinkers” who struggle with the “practical” side of this “intuitive sense.”

If this sounds like you, I’d love for you to answer a few questions for me. I want to make sure that what I am creating is on track with what is needed :) Thank you!!

Whether we seek to change a habit, make a transition, expand our horizons or follow the path forward, I often find myself repeating a six-word mantra to motivate myself to keep making some kind of progress. It is not some untold secret, nor some great…

- The Illusion of Direction and the ‘Right Path’ -
Many people seek me out because they feel lost, they can see a destination but not the path, or they struggle with picking “a direction.”

Delilah Dawson stated “I wanted to know when I would be okay with cleaning, when I would reach that level of maturity as an enlightened being. And that’s when it hit me: I WILL NEVER BE OKAY WITH IT.”
Wow.
The phrase sent shivers down my spine.

Delilah Dawson, whom I follow on twitter, had a set of tweets a couple of week’s ago about being okay with emotional triggers and the thoughts which often follow them. She commented that when she is close to burnout, and does something which triggers her…
