Project Research:
This survey is for people who have a sense of "I am meant to be doing something - if only i could figure out what, and how".

They often:
- have tried many self-development options: self-help books and changing habits, setting resolutions and all the spiritual memoirs promising them the keys to happiness…
- feel overwhelmed, exhausted and a little lost: unable to focus on a direction, let alone which path is The Right One.
- consider themselves “over-thinkers” who struggle with the “practical” side of this “intuitive sense.”

If this sounds like you, I’d love for you to answer a few questions for me. I want to make sure that what I am creating is on track with what is needed :) Thank you!!

Delilah Dawson stated “I wanted to know when I would be okay with cleaning, when I would reach that level of maturity as an enlightened being. And that’s when it hit me: I WILL NEVER BE OKAY WITH IT.”
Wow.
The phrase sent shivers down my spine.

Delilah Dawson, whom I follow on twitter, had a set of tweets a couple of week’s ago about being okay with emotional triggers and the thoughts which often follow them. She commented that when she is close to burnout, and does something which triggers her…

Every time I try to write this post, my brain pulls my hands in slightly different directions. I have so much to say, and yet, I have no idea how to start. So I’m going to begin at the end. The moral of this story is clear: seeking the ‘right’ path is not…

I began supporting young adults in Anger Management courses back in 2011. The groups ran for 6 sessions, mixing lifestyle choices, peer-support and neuroscience in the education aspects. Practically speaking, we led mindfulness exercises, drew on flip…
