The Adams County Public Library System is located in South Central
Pennsylvania. The population of the county is about 91,000. The main
branch is located in the historic community of Gettysburg. The library
system is made up of six library facilities, and a bookmobile.
The mission of the Adams County Library System is to provide all county
residents access to library materials and information services that
address the needs and expand the aspirations of the community for formal
and lifelong learning, enrichment and pleasure.
