Basic Information
I was driving down I-75 when the low air pressure warning light came on on my Civic I leased in Florida. I dropped by Shottenkirk and they kindly checked the tires and topped them off for me at no cost. Very friendly service, got me back on the road fast!

I joined Waves Boat Club a couple months ago. So far, my experience has been very positive: 1) Availability of boats. I find I have to book a boat 2-3 weeks in advance to be pretty sure of getting what I want on a weekend. Weekdays tend to have better availability. This makes it pretty easy to ensure I can enjoy a boat at least a couple times a month, more often if I halfway try. :-) During the summer, longer daylight hours will hopefully make this even easier. 2) Staff/service. I've found both the reservation staff (i.e. Gwen and Lu) and the dockmasters (i.e. Nick) all very pleasant and helpful. The dock staff really go the extra mile, helping fit kids with life jackets, filleting fish, etc. 3) Maintenance. The boats are not brand new, but they seem to be well-maintained. So far I had a minor fuel issue with one boat and a cushion strap ripped on another boat. Both were handled well by the staff and weren't charged to me as damage (wanted to mention this, as I know some online reviews accuse boat clubs of charging members for normal wear and tear). 4) One of the huge benefits (that I under-estimated before joining the club) is how wonderful it is to have so many different types of boats at my disposal. I can take the flats boat out after snook, take a center console to the 3 mile reef, go to Egmont on a bowrider, or take a big group out on a deck boat. It's really nice to be able to get different boats depending on what I want to do. A definite advantage over boat ownership. 5) The only caution I would give at this point is to just sit down and make sure that the scheduling will work with your lifestyle. Scheduling the boat in advance is best for availability, plus the boats can't be out after sunset or before sunrise. If either of those are a problem for you, you might not enjoy it as much as I do. The scheduling works pretty well for me.

Dr Barcomb is an excellent Chiropractor; I've been his patient for about 4 years, and find his techniques to be very effective. He and his office staff are friendly and easy to work with. I drive 40 minutes from Bradenton to visit Dr Barcomb because I've been very satisfied with the results.

I recently leased a Honda Civic from Hendrick. I visited about half a dozen different dealerships, and some of them were quite frankly, very frustrating. Several dealerships made me jump through many hoops to get pricing or played games with me on pricing (one dealership quoted an initial price that was nearly double their final price - I still can't figure out how there could have been that much negotiation room in the cost of a vehicle). Hendrick was one of the dealerships that was the easiest to deal with and the most up-front. I worked with Alex and Jenna and ended up leasing a 2015 Honda Civic. I am very pleased with my experience and so far the vehicle has been great (as expected).
