Wow that's amazing. I wonder if Habitat for Humanity uses this technique?

Peter:
I hope you can help me. I remember seeing a year or two ago the use of multiple trackballs (input devices) to assist in CAD work. The two devices fulfilled independent functions, and I'm sure with different modes. For example, one control POV around a point while the the other could manipulate the subject. AFAIK, you're the authority on such things. Can you point me in the right direction? Thank you!

Just learned about this.
We thought ten people would care; instead a million people read our Storage Pod 1.0 blog post where we open sourced the Backblaze Storage Pod design and introduced the world's most cost-efficient way to store big data. The interest grew when we published our Petabytes on a Budget: Revealing More ...

The food is amazing! The manager and staff are very friendly and eager to please. The sauces are great. Fast service both in the restaurant and in the drive-through.

The folks I talked to at the desk and on the phone were all helpful and courteous. The sheets were reasonably new and clean. They use RFID locks (very cool!). I'm not sure if I was just lucky, but I ended up with two very courteous Chinese exchange students and a visiting lecturer from Africa. I was impressed with the fact that I didn't have to worry about who I was staying with and that were on similar grounds. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. The bathroom had a ventilation fan, which is a feature that seems to vary in hostels. The room had a locker for each bed, but, as I was comfortable with the other occupants, I didn't even bother. The activity was minimal when I showed up, mostly staffers that looked like they were college kids, running around and being constructive. Thus, I can reasonably say that the quiet hours were either enforced or respected. Free Internet accessible from the room. :D

We went after a service call, not having dined in Hilo before. This was recommended to us after we found a lot of other places were closed on a Monday during lunch time. I had the pastrami with sauerkraut, which made an excellent analogue of a Reuben. The service was great without being intrusive. The bathrooms were clean. The big dining room windows was also a pleasant plus.

I stayed one night. It was without reservation. They insist in taking cash for the deposit (as much as the bed), but they'll take card for the bed itself. They mix long-term and short-term occupants. I ended up in a room that was obviously predominantly long-term. The bathroom was a mess and in disrepair - I was given special instructions on using the water handle so it wouldn't fall off. Unlike the Polynesian Hostel up the block, folks were up, moving around, talking, and partying until at least midnight despite having posted quiet hours at 10PM. It may be a small touch, but I appreciated it a lot in other hostels. The beds here didn't have any kind of protective cover aside from the sheets they issue. AFAIK, there were no lockers or secure storage for valuables. The good I can say about the place is that they did hold the room for me by telephone without payment. They verified that I was who I told them on the telephone before giving me the room at the desk.

Sure, they have mailboxes, but the people there are so depressing! You'd think they worked for the post office.

The food is always good, the service prompt and friendly. This food doesn't look like it was served out of something with a nozzle.
