Talk about getting burned!!! I paid $1000 to have my tattoo removed, had one session, and this place has gone out of business! I should have known better. These people have completely disappeared and I have no way of getting my money back. I should have gotten a clue when this place was so much cheaper than any other place. may have cost me $1500-2000 somewhere else, but at least I would have had my tattoo removed. I'm just sick to my stomach!!!

EEK! BE CAREFUL!! Texas law says you DO NOT have to be certified at laser removal as long as you work under a Dr's license. I asked the manager of the Austin laser Clinic on Lamar to see her certification and she did not have one for laser removal or any skin experience... she did have a training certificate for how to work the machine. Its called a Operators Safety Certification. But she didn't have a real Laser Technician certification at that time. She said she was a student. AND they say their Dr. is only on call a couple times a month... it's an extra $50 to have her come in, I was told. I Would Not Go here. I would recommend going to a clinic with all Aestheticians, RNs, and DR on staff. ALL certified and licensed in LASER... This is important, not just certified but LASER certified! You can ask them. They should present you with a certification if you ask... See if they do now before you continue. And this is the machine they use: Sybaritic Skin Clear laser. You should look it up. My opinion: Bad Bad

I've been to two separate laser clinics in the Austin area, and I preferred the experience at the Austin Laser Clinic. They were informative and thorough, and the pain management was better here.

Austin Laser Clinic is the only tattoo removal clinic we recommend here at Perfection Tattoo. I have several clients that have come in with bad tattoos that need to be lightened or mostly removed before I can do a cover-up. As a Tattoo Artist it is imperative that the old tattoo be removed well. Austin Laser Clinic has consistently provided my clients with exceptional service. They have all been extremely pleased with the results, the clinic itself and the professionalism and skill of the staff. Thank you Austin Laser Clinic. We will continue to recommend you to all of our clients. - Carlos Truan

For 17 years I avoided and tried to ignore a bad tattoo on my hip. When laser removal came around years ago I was scared by it and managed to deal with my awful tattoo for more years. I couldn't just cover it because I had numerous artists tell me I needed to get it lasered first. Finally I worked up the guts to go to Austin Laser Clinic. From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out I felt completely comfortable. Sarah did a great job at calming me, and removing my tattoo. She did so good I only needed to do it once before I could have it covered. I also had questions throughout my healing process that she was more than happy to answer and she even called and checked up on me. Thanks again for a great experience with a not so fun procedure!!!! Hopefully I won't have to come back but I will definetly know where to send all my friends.

Mrs. Luna performed an amazing job on my left arm that had Keratosis Pilaris (KP) with laser microdermabrasion and also treated my right arm with a chemical peel. The chemical peel worked out great and drastically reduced the redness in my right arm up to 3 weeks, its a temporary fix but would highly recommend it to those who don't want the laser. As for the left arm that I got lasered it worked out very well, I'm on my 5th week from the day I lasered it and it's looking better each day. Feels really smooth and nobody is noticing my redness on my arm anymore. I would recommend to those who plan to get the laser work done to wait till the winter time because you have to avoid sun exposure on the area that was treated. I'm very satisfied with the work that Austin Laser Clinic has done for me and would recommend their services. Thanks!
