It is used for the setting of bricks from belt conveyer onto the kiln car in the form as customer required. Its high-performance mechanical structure and electrical control systems can ensure the setting stability and reliability. Relying on proper integration of mechanical and pneumatic lifting of grippers, the lifting process is stable without the risk of brick falling caused by inertia. The main air channel is provided with an electronic air pressure detection device which is convenient for controlling the pressure of chuck double-effect cylinder, and avoiding impacts of unstable pressure to adobe clamping (if the pressure is too high, the bricks can be damaged or fail to be gripped), and a friction torque limiter is used to keep rotation of gripper stable, and the traveling and lifting are stable and accurate in positioning under control of inverter and encoder.
