Introduction
Unresolved trauma can interfere with someone’s life. I am a licensed marriage and family therapist who has successfully assisted others to restore their hope, power, joy, and a sense of safety and trust. My work integrates Internal Family System, Somatic Experiencing, Mind-Body Therapy, hypnotherapy , and traditional theories to bring quick results. Additionally, I am a writer for Psychology Today Blog, presenter and workshop leader.
