I enjoy visiting this mall. There is enough variety, that a shopper will usually find what they are looking for. It is located in an area that will be exploding with other shops over the next couple of years with Bass Pro Shops opening in 18 months, and more restaurants opening each month it seems. In and Out Burger just opened up here as well! If you are looking for gift cards, stop by the customer service desk in the food court and pick a few up. We do this routinely for our staff as contest give aways at work!

It is what it is - a fairly standard outlet mall, small but reasonably well maintained. As with most outlet malls, there aren't REALLY that many great deals. But it's a perfectly reasonable shopping stop if the weather outside is decent, as it's open air.

Be warned this is an anti-gun location with a 30.06 sign at the NW main entrance. Basically this means no one with a license to carry a gun may do so. Which as history as taught us basically means if you and your kids are at this outlet and some wacko decides to start stabbing people with a knife, or shooting people they can do so without anyone being able to stop them quickly. Might want to think twice before doing business at this location?

Don't want to be overly crowded down south at the San Marcos outlets? Make your way up north to the Round Rock Outlets. Great variety, nice food court (although there is great fast food options outside the mall) and a large open circular setup

I purchased shoes from finish line in the outlet malls in RR. I took them home put them on and wore them for about 10 minutes. I took them back and explained to the manager that I purchased them on Sunday wore them for about 10 minutes and they rubbed my ankles so I wanted a refund. She would not refund them because they were wore for 10 minutes. how are you to know if a shoe fits properly if you cant wear them for 10 minutes. Store manager was rude and unhelpful, Finish line customer service was unhelpful. Best not to purchase from finish line. There are plenty of other options in the outlet mall!

Smokers everywhere- just enough enclosure to really keep the smoke in. Prices are the same most places as regular mall. Not a place for kids would rather go to indoor mall where smoking is prohibited
