#TopTip - People accept the status quo because they think, it’s the way things are and have been for a long time. Yet, just because it’s the status quo doesn’t make it right – it just means people stopped questioning the way it is.But it’s ok to question and it’s ok to ask: is that the way it has to be? Or to ask: is there a better way of doing things? It takes courage to ask these questions and dare to see things different, to open the mind to the possibilities, and to get beyond the fear of being ostracized for thinking different.

Action breeds confidence and courage. If you want to conquer fear, don't just think about change; execute it.

The quantum field is the primordial soup of existence. It is a realm teeming with infinite possibilities, one that emits frequencies that vibrate with resonance. When you are in coherence with this field, you open up to your future life and progress into the world your heart knows is possible, a world in which you gain self mastery. In order to access this field, let us first guide you through how this can be achieved, specifically on October 21 in Saratoga Springs where myself and Katrina Clay will be leading 'Future Life Progression and the Art of Self Mastery: A Workshop' together. What does self mastery mean? It means moving past your self-created comfort zones to find the leading edge of your own potential. As you do so, you gain more mastery of your emotions, relationships, work, creative expression, leadership capabilities, and potential to live a happy and fulfilling life. This is a life in which fear no longer rules your life; instead what rules your life is courage, boldness, daring, being innovative, creative, foolish, zestful, open, and tapping into your innate genius potential. If this sounds like a life you want to achieve, don't hesitate to act; with 'Future Life Progression and the Art of Self Mastery: A Workshop' taking place on October 21, taught by myself and Katrina Clay, you can soon attain this state of enlightened living.

#TopTip - Buying fresh and local has health benefits as well as environmental ones! The fresher the produce is, the more nutrients it has. By buying locally, you’ll minimize the amount of time wasted between harvest and consumption, and optimize the nutritional value for your body. The produce is fresher and usually has not been subjected to irradiation (getting zapped by radiation to kill germs), wax coatings, or prolonged refrigeration.

Sometimes, in order to take your life to a place that stimulates your soul and intellect, you must look within yourself to identify what you must change, rather than looking at the external. Analyse where you fail to follow-through with commitments, or procrastinate generally, to finally slay that demon and move forward out of your comfort zone.

“Let me tell you why you’re here. You’re here because you know something. What you know you can’t explain, but you feel it. You’ve felt it your entire life, that there’s something wrong with the world. You don’t know what it is, but it’s there, like a splinter in your mind, driving you mad.”
– Morpheus, from “The Matrix”
Sometimes these words ring true in our world today.

Too much scepticism will make you unbalanced, and will honestly probably turn you into a conspiracy-theory nutcase. A healthy amount of scepticism, on the other hand, is essential to working intelligently. One of the oldest living renegades, Siddhartha Gautama (also known as the Buddha) once said, “Do not believe anything that you’ve been told, unless it agrees with your own common sense.” The same advice applies 2,000 years later. Listen to yourself first, before you listen to the experts. Test before you assume.
