Similar to how different cities have varying degrees of attachment to different sports, professional wrestling too has its hotbed cities composed of the most rabid fans. We all know the cities - Chicago, Philadelphia, New York, etc - but how many can actually recall all of the major moments that have defined these areas as wrestling cities? There's no shame in not being able to do so, after all there a lot of timeless moments. And so begins a new...

Just a suggestion, but instead of doing the traditional review for games, how about having two people in the office play a release and then have an intelligent discussion on it, similar in production style to Casual Friday. It's still a review and also wouldn't require a score.

I also suggest - if possible - to expand your coverage beyond gaming. The summer is loaded with huge movies that undoubtedly have a crossover with gaming interests, so if people from the office see it they could get together and do a discussion/review bit.

Someone also suggested a podcast which could be neat.

Ultimately though - and I mean this with no disrespect - but you should really seek out to hire a leader personality similar to what Sessler was. I don't work in the video production area of journalism but rather writing; i'm also still fairly green. I have some strong superiors and excellent leaders however improving my abilities daily. Bringing this back full circle , without Sessler I do sense a lack of direction in Rev3 and and a dive in consistent quality content. Right now the content is still entertaining, but sparse and probably not enough or compelling to keep viewership from wan8ng. I'm not saying you all rode Sessler's popularity, but like Tara admitted, he inspired you all and brought out better quality.

Consistently is huge too; viewership will remain and even go up when people know what to expect. Using last year as a template, I knew to look out for Sessler's Something monday, reviews tuesday , Study Hall thursday , and Casual Friday. Lately I've just been checking in once every 2 weeks because there just isn't much to actually watch.

That's my advice and hopefully it's helpful. I'd even love to help if possible but I'm more a writer, not a video guy.

Introduction
I have been disabled from birth , diagnosed with Muscular Dystrophy Type 2 at age 2. Despite that, and other health issues such as epilepsy I graduated High School with flying colors and have found success in life.

All my life I have enjoyed Video Games, Movies , and Professional Wrestling. I own a ridiculous amount of video games (over 500) and even more movies ( At least 1,000 with over 500 being on Blu-Ray).

My favorite game of all time by far is Silent Hill 2. The story and atmosphere are still unmatched and the game-play itself is extremely compelling. The music though is also right up there with one of the most beautiful soundtracks I've ever heard. I enjoy all genres of gaming and all generations.

Likewise I enjoy all genres of movies. To avoid talking forever I will list my top 10

1: Requiem For A Dream
2: American Beauty
3: A Clockwork Orange
4: Pulp Fiction
5: Lion King
6: Memento
7: Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind
8: Terminator 2: Judgment Day
9: Magnolia
10: Fargo

Wrestling has been a passion all my life too. Though I often criticize the current WWE product I still watch it but I will always have a soft spot for the 90's with ECW, WCW, and WWF all going at it. TNA however... they're terrible. Ring of Honor and NJPW are where it's at though!

I get along with people fairly well , the only thing I ask for is respect for my opinions
