Dungeon Meshi is another entertaining manga with a delightful premise: killing things, cooking them, AND taking their stuff. The cooking prep and techniques make me rethink the reason that monster hunters might exist...

The rationale for National Superhero Registry is interesting. Rather than the well-worn trope of government control over supers (I'm looking at you, Marvel), it's for coordination of supers against monsters and criminals.

And to help the public and news services keep track of who's doing what.

Yes, Onepunchman is a parody, but like good parodies, it raises alternatives like a twisted mirror to tropes or thoughts that are accepted as givens.
