If I could give this this restaurant 0 stars I would. I ordered this restaurant through grub hub for delivery. I'm not gonna go into full details but when I got my food and opened it, more than 15% of what was there was not what I ordered. all of the orders with pancakes was replaced by French Toast. I ordered the meat lovers special (the $9.80 one) and my ham was not there and the sausage link was replaced by a sausage patty. not only was the order messed up but the food was disgusting. talk about too much grease. i might as well just have drunk a bottle of grease. needless to say DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE IF YOU KNOW WHAT'S GOOD FOR YOU

I truly enjoyed my meal, neck-bones, sweet potatoes, collard greens, & corn bread muffin.....I know this is over doing it but I also had the peach cobbler (they gave me this since there was not enough collards to give). Once again everything tasted exceptionally well, pretty much what I am use to eating when the family cooks on Sundays or holidays. I totally recommend that you try this spot out, you will not be me!

I've visited Ruby's 4 times, twice since the renovation. The food is good to average depending on the day. Two out of the four visits the extra corn bread and gravy were absent from my order when I got home. The carryout service is atrocious to say the least. Each visit has been a twenty five to forty minute wait. Today I was even asked to give up my seat so that someone dining in could sit down. I spent the last twenty five minutes of my wait standing. Needless to say today was my final visit. I really like patronizing businesses in my area but Ruby's is a shining example of why that's hard to do. Good luck to Ruby's but I will never spend another dollar or dime there.

It was great I thought maybe I wouldn't be satisfied because of the low budget display but it turned out to be great! But just like the old saying "don't judge a book by its cover"...

Didn't Ruby's use to be Edna's?
