Strawberry, Avocado, and Spearmint Smoothie
Ingredients
• 1/2 frozen banana
• 2 cups fresh strawberries, halved
• 3 tbsp fresh spearmint + extra for garnish
• 1 1/2 cups coconut water
• 1/2 Haas avocado
• 1 pitted date (optional)
• A few ice cubes
Instructions
1. Blend all ingredients in a blender till smooth. Garnish with spearmint, and enjoy!
2. Makes 2 small or 1 extra large serving.
