There's nothing wrong with having a sweet tooth. Just be mindful of how much sugar you're putting in your body and remember to brush and floss afterwards!

Retainers are important pieces of oral care equipment, and should be properly maintained to keep them effective and clean. To clean your retainer, do the following: 1. Brush the retainer with liquid soap (like Dawn) and warm water. 2. Do not use toothpaste to clean your retainer, since the abrasives can scratch it and cause it to retain bad bacteria. 3. Store it in a case in your bathroom, or in soaking in a cup of distilled water somewhere out of reach of young kids and pets.

Did you know that reindeer don’t have a top row of front teeth? Instead, they have a very hard bony plate used to grind food – perfect for eating the treats left by caring children everywhere!

There are so many different types and variations of toothbrushes that it can be confusing when choosing a new one. We recommend a soft bristled brush with a small head to make it easier to reach those teeth way in the back. Whichever one you choose, just make sure you're using it for 2 minutes twice a day! #2min2x

A 16 ounce PSL contains 50 grams of sugar. That’s twice the recommended daily amount of sugar, just in one drink! Sugar tastes great, but it also fuels the action of oral bacteria. To avoid this, try to find options that have little or no sugar, then add sweetener and spices to your taste. You’ll find that you can still enjoy your PSL, even with considerably less sugar.
