I would love to pretend that I'm not in pain. Looks like the tendinitis took just over a month to flare up. Rough swim this morning. We'll see how Friday goes. Blah.

I competitively swam from ages 6-18 but now at 31, and the first time back in the water in 13 years, it's kinda just like riding a bike, except that the rider is slower, bigger and lazier.

Completed my 11th #USMasters #swim Practice today. Second full workout (3000-3200 yards) that I've completed. All within the last month. Kinda proud of myself.

Targeting 3 swims a week and will be pushing to improve intervals and overall workout. I have a great group of athlete friends that I've gained (who are all #triathlete women of varying swim skill) and they are not only awesome to swim with but amazing support and inspiration.

Just finished making some beef stew in the crockpot to freeze for next week. I'll be traveling so trying to prep foods for my husband. The smell reminded me how much i miss the flavors of beef, but didn't sway the fact that I don't miss feeling like shit after i eat it.
Wow, its amazing that I'm entering month 10 of pescetarianism.
