If I could give less than one star, I would. My mother is currently being taken care of here, in fact I'm sitting next to her while I'm typing this. To start things off, the service response time is horrible. Last week, my mother requested a simple glass of water; two hours later the water finally arrived. Everyday, this same thing prevails. My mother has been at much busier facilities and has received faster care. The staff here are very inattentive; in fact I saw one of the aids standing outside of a room where the call light was on texting on her cell phone. On top of the terrible service, my mom's meals have been messed up several times. She requested grits for her breakfast one morning and receive what appeared to be milk and broth mixed together. This is not the first of similar occurrences. They serve her cold broth, warm jello, and watered down drinks.

On top of all this, I have seen many nurses walk by call lights. I've heard patients yell out for help for 20, 30 minutes with no response. One evening, a lady fell while trying to use the toilet and the nurse was later trying to joke about it with me and my mother.

In closing, this facility is not one I would recommend to even the worst of people. You would receive better care laying in a box on the side of the street.
