Do you guys specialize in granite tops?  I think that would be really cool if you did.

At least they answered my call. Terrible service on the phone - the person I talked to couldn't give me any idea of pricing or availability. She complained that she was 'too tired' (at 3:30 in the afternoon) to calculate any sort of costs or assist in any way. Austin Countertops should be embarrassed to have staff like that.

If it were possible to give no stars that would be more appropriate. They take you money, put the jobs off for well over a month and then whe they do show up they are missing half the materials needed and won't even install the sink that was purchased from them for their countertops! Their installers were rude and when asked why they didn't put the outlet covers back on or why they didn't install the sink, they replied pissily saying "we aren't plumbers or electricians." So you have to hire two other contractors to finish their job. Not worth the time or money with them. Go anywhere else but here!

Jamie Lamprecht at Austin Countertops is the best ! She meet us early and had some granite samples pulled in advance . Made our selection process easy easy easy . For a small additional fee they finished the edges of the sink cut out so that we could use it for a pedestal. The installation went flawless. Thanks Jamie for a job well done !

I am a Remodel Contractor in Austin for 20 years. I have used Austin Counter Tops most of that time until now. I will NEVER use them again. For the last 1-2 years they are never on time with orders, things are damage upon pick up and have to be fix, they tell you it will be ready and you show up and they say sorry not ready yet!! How about calling someone to tell them the order is delayed?

A few months after installation the countertop seams started to warp. Discovered that even if poor installation leads to water damage it is not covered under warranty. Water damage of any kind for any reason is not covered. Also, their way of preventing debris in the drawers underneath is to pull them out, which unfortunately led to all the items in the cabinets below being covered in filth. Please don't use this company, their workmanship is very poor. Home Depot and Lowes no longer use Austin Countertops to do countertop jobs for their customers and that says a lot!

Wow. Way to let us down Austin Countertops. My wife and I were so excited to find that Lowes could take our measurements and build our countertops through you. You quoted 10 days. After 2 weeks we called to find out the status and you said "next week". The following week you said "almost ready". 5 weeks later and you respond to our query with you lost the paperwork and we will have to re-submit all the measurements? I do not trust you any more. So sad.

We purchased our countertops through Lowe's and Austin Countertops did the work. Everything went off as promised, the installation crew was right on time and did a beautiful job. Thank you to everyone at Austin Countertops.

chose our product, had measurements taken and waited. Three weeks later checked on progress and were told that nothing had been done because nothing had been signed or deposit paid. Neither of these was ever asked for. We assumed the order was set when the measurer walked out the door and indicated that it would be several weeks. Now it appears we have to start over, but it will be with another company
