IN TRUFFLE WE TRUST 2015
Bistro Vue will play a master role in the Melbourne Truffle Festival.
We will create a menu that triumphantly bestows the true flavour and virtue of the truffle.
Chef Chris Bonello teams with truffle maestro Chef Philippe Mouchel to present the second annual In Truffle We Trust Dinner.
This is an experience not to be missed.

Bistro Vue presents: a very special, very rare evening with Ralph Hochar.
Château Musar. Founded in Lebanon in 1930 by patriarch Gaston Musar, this family of vintners is not just the stuff of legend, it is the stuff of fairy-tales. Despite the destruction and depravity of 15 years of civil war, this man, his son, and his son after him, have consistently produced some of the world's most iconic wine.
It is with great pleasure that we present the grandson of founder Gaston, to share his families incredible tale, along with a selection of magnificent Musar vintages, matched to five exquisite courses.

Two of Victoria’s most esteemed winemakers are set to bridge the bay when a selection of their sublime vintages go head to head for an evening that is just what the Sommelier ordered.
Letheridge wine's Dr. Ray Nadeson of Geelong has prescribed a course of his finest wines, while a second opinion is offered via Mornington Peninsula with Paradigm Hills' Dr George Milahy's vinous cures for all your ills.
Matched with a magnificent selection of Bistro Vue creations, make an appointment now for a theorem you won't soon forget.
Whose vins will win? Only you can decide, but if there is one thing on which both docs agree, it's that the key to health, wealth and wisdom is good friends, good food and a mighty fine drop.
