A Common mistake people make when cooking ribs, is cooking to fast with to munch heat. Properly prepared ribs take time. Generally you want to keep the temperature around 200 to 225 degrees F for a few hours depending on the amount of meat your cooking.

Gas operated grill are also vary popular. This kind of grill is great for anyone who wants to flip a switch and begin cooking. Although this is one of the simplest ways to cook, you wont end up with the types of flavors you would with charcoal or wood burning grills.

Gas grills use incredibly high temperatures resulting in quicker cooking times. This method of cooking is great searing meat.

Smokers are usually used for cooking larger pieces of meat over a long period of time. The amount of heat used to smoke meat is far less that that of a gas grill, but will result in a much richer smoky taste.

If Pulled #Pork #Sandwiches are on the menu at your home,this Perfect Pulled Pork Sandwich recipe is easy to do and will taste great.

Ingredients:

1 (5 pound) pork butt roast
salt and pepper to taste
1 (14 ounce) can chicken broth
1/4 cup Knota Yankee Sweet & Spicy Vinegar #Sauce

Directions:
Cut roast in half. Rub each half with salt and pepper, and place in the slow cooker. Pour broth and Knota Yankee Sauce over the meat. Turn the slow cooker to Low, and cover. Cook for 6 to 8 hours, or until the roast is fork tender. Carefully remove the roast to a cutting board. Pull the meat off the bone with a fork. You may also chop it with a cleaver afterwards, if you like it really finely cut.
