The #GalaxyTabProS with Intel Inside: opening up new possibilities for what you considered just a “tablet.”
Lucky Turantula: Samsung doesn't honor there warranty. I've been trying to get my tv replaced and I never got a respite for my purchase and PayPal respite isn't good enough for them. Be careful when you buy Samsung products.....
Jeff Trask: +Samsung USA Why won't you honor the manufacturer's warranty on your products?

Not pictured: stains of any kind. Because with our washer and dryer, they’re non-existent.

Jessica Gross: Worst customer service experience. If you buy a Samsung washer and dryer.. don't expect either one to last more than 6 months. Both appliances broke in July. I bought them on 2/16/18. The dryer sounded like it was going to catch on fire. I live in a non-rural area with numerous cities around me, yet Samsung could not find a single technician to fix my warrantied machines. My "special accommodation" was to replace them. I was okay with this. 2 weeks after the dryer broke it was still not approved to be replaced, yet the washer I just called about 2 days prior was available to replace. So after numerous calls Samsung assured me that Lowes would have all paperwork to return the machines. I bought my original machines during a sale. They were $899 retail and I purchased for $599. Well Lowes can only replace the $599...which can't even buy a new appliance, let alone the Steam equipped appliance. So because my appliances were faulty and "unable to be serviced" I was told I couldn't even get my appliances replaced with equivalent replacements after driving the old ones to a Lowes (Samsung chose that was farther than 2 other stores from my home). I sat in Lowes for over an hour on the phone with 2 different representatives that were just passing me up the chain of command and at the end of the day? I hung up the phone and took the deal Lowes offered me. They took a $100 loss today to get me home with a brand new washer and dryer...and I bought their warranty so I never have to deal with this bullshit again. A free exchange today cost me $339.14, I spent $219.94 to purchase a warranty that will never make me call Samsung again and $119.20 to make up the difference from my $599 credit and the actual price of equivalent machines. I will never buy another Samsung item. I will now be an Iphone user because this is the worst experience I've ever had. Shame on you Samsung for making me suffer for your faulty appliances.

Lucy Lee: I have recently purchased 2 Samsung Galaxy s9 thru tmobile and the earphones and charger that came inside the box broke. I have placed 3 calls to the manufacture in which my first call the rep who helped me he hanged up on me. right now im speaking with representative by the of Marlen employee id USGCCDMSS024 located in the phillipines which she identified as supervisor basically & Marisol employee ID USGCCTMS019 who identified herself to be the manager for Marlen she is telling me because I Thru away the broken wire that is connected to the adapter and the earphone which the left side speaker was not working they can't send me a replacement. I explained to them that this was my 1st time calling from all the years I have used Samsung products nor I was aware that I had to send back a broken wire and non working earphone. I basically did like most people will do throw away since they were broken. I purchased these 2 phones back on March 9, 2018. If anyone from your company cares about taking care of your customers and knows how to provide what is called a good customer service you can contact me at 6103913157 Marisol gave me a ticket # of 2196694389 in which she will escalate my complain to the Executive Customer Relation Dept.

Jeff Trask: I purchased a Galaxy phone in October of 2017. It is still within the manufacturer's warranty. Ticket # 4147953163 I have tried unsuccessfully to get Samsung to honor the warranty on this phone. The microphone stopped working after seven months. This device is now worthless as a mobile phone. I ask that you either repair the phone or replace it with a comparable phone under the warranty.

Jason Kukus: U.S. Technological Security Threat
The submission of the dangerous national security threat that I discovered, is to inform and to hold accountable of those that are a threat to this great nation’s way of life. The beliefs and values taught in the United States of America are at risk of being taken away due to a new digital threat, and so I feel it to be my responsibility to report this threat that I recently learned of. Keeping thorough records of this threat, I will explain where the best evidence is, and the numerous places I used to store this information and copies of this threat. The documentation of this treason and terrorism is stored on system serves through software and security software companies that record and store digital information for use of preservation of data and security threats for future reference and protection (Backup/Restore.)
The best evidence of the threat is in an isolation/scanning of a virus that causes phone/software corruption is at Lane Community College’s Main Campus location in Eugene, Oregon. The virus was scanned with Faronics antivirus software and another security platform from the college that protects the schools private and closed system servers. The security threat can be found within the private system servers on campus, software security and anti-virus company servers and incident logs (Faronics Corporation), and the very powerful instructor’s computer (Instructor Cheryl Flemming) in the Manufacturing Technology Building. The date range that I performed and external security scan from Instructor Flemmings computer (logged on with my student id and password) was March 18th-March 23rd, 2016. This is the time frame can be used to find this extremely dangerous virus that leads to the national security threat I am informing about.
On the day I used the very powerful computer, it was obvious that it was a virus( that I remember accidentally downloading on February 18th, 2016) and this virus enabled live hacking and interference of my Android smart phone and all of its functions including data/personal information/and phone usage. After logging onto the instructor’s computer, I plugged my corrupt phone into the computer (via USB) and performed a antivirus scan (Faronics) with the very powerful computer. This was the only way I knew of to fix the problem that I was aware of. Except, the problem I discovered was worse than I thought it was.
After launching the college’s antivirus program and started the virus scan of the phone and system files, it identified corruption within the phone software and started to read/code/decipher the virus, so that it could be quarantined. While the security program started to work and do its job, I then used the phone while its system files were being scanned and updated all of the software associated with its use (Samsung binary software/Google Android Operating System/ and Verizon software platform.) In order to do this, airplane mode had to be utilized and data associated with Verizon connectivity disabled, because a secure non corrupt data channel had to be used( Lane Community College’s Wi-Fi also simultaneously logged on with student id and password) in order to update my Samsung Galaxy S5 software safe and securely. While updating, I was able to register the phone directly through Samsung website with the phones serial number (FCC ID and IMEI numbers also) directly on Instructor Cheryl Flemmings computer while simultaneously scanning for virus. Once the phone was officially registered/rooted and the software was updated, I installed Samsung KNOX to protect the binary software, operating system software, and all other phone software. All of these step were done after a factory reset, so the phone was new and had to be activated. Before activation, I completed all steps that I explained, then finally choose to activate phone with a Gmail address that I previously used with my Verizon phone line and Samsung Galaxy S5. After activating with my old email(Gmail) address, I then turned off airplane mode and enabled Verizon’s data connectivity(not till later did I realize how closely and integrated/important a Gmail account is in order for a cell phone to work at all and have connectivity, which was how the virus was able to breach Verizon’s Security Platform System.) Because nowadays, email address registration has to occur/happen for Google Android Operating System (including Apple IPhones) to allow phone activation and usage. Android Operating System and cellular network software work side by side with our nation’s telecommunications networks and systems( without an officially registered Gmail address for an Android Smartphone, the phone cannot be activated to be used) to allow new digitized phones/phone numbers/digitized data/and digitized systems to allow phones to be used and allow connectivity.
After updating the phone, the Trojan virus that effected the phone was able to re-corrupt my phone (Galaxy S5) through Verizon’s breached cellular network. The phones connectivity, associated with the number (541)735-0483[Primary Account on Verizon shared plan: Amy West-Herr, Primary Account phone number (503) 516-0627] the digital phone network security was the only way that the phone could have been re-corrupted so fast. It was evident that live hacking was still taking place within phone software and network connectivity behavior. Examples of this behavior are as listed: phone calls did not come through, an entire data plan of an entire month was being used in a matter of days, software failure within Google Android operating system, software failure and corruption within phone applications ( they would utilize a software app that could combine apps that were/are compatible [word to adobe] and somehow mix apps that aren’t/weren’t compatible[ two application icons would be combine and put atop of one another on screen]…….causing even more software corruption, and also software interference with Samsung’s binary programming and also the security platform Samsung KNOX. The U.S. Government signed a 100 million dollar contract with Samsung for our government officials to use and have them equipped with the KNOX security program. With my experience, not even Samsung equipped with KNOX is safe, because the problem is within the cellular networks being accessed and used because there security has been breached. Because of Verizon’s network was hacked, it opened up the binary software of phone makers, and the software of android and digital cellular phone providers integration of the individual aspect of each entity to be altered, interfered with, and hacked by others. With this leaving no barrier of security or software protection between the consumer and hackers, cellular phone customers phones and connectivity is able to be access through our cell phone network providers, because there security was breached.
Awareness of the phone calls that never came through to my phone, came when I got a new phone and used a new Gmail address for a registered Android account. The phone was an HTC One, and a notification of 19 voicemails came through directly after activation of the phone. Voicemails are time/date stamped, and some of the voicemail messages were weeks old. These messages were not accessible or even present in the previously phone that was connected just 5 minutes before activation of new HTC One, let alone any voicemail notifications. Ironically, many of the newly discovered voicemails were about reporting and documentation that I mentioned earlier, some from Google, Samsung Inc., Verizon, and Gmail Tech team regarding the phone and network corruption/security breach. The accounts listed, are all reported and have been breached (evidence of the virus and hacking can be found with the associated accounts)jason.kukus13@gmail.com , jasonsturman12@yahoo.com,kukusjason@yahoo.com , and also Jason.kukus@yahoo.com. Also, my Facebook was also hacked into( Name: Jason Michael ; Email used:kukusjason@yahoo.com ), every one of these accounts were hacked into and the passwords were changed and I was locked out of them. Lastly, the second best piece of evidence is my personal Samsung Account (Email Address: Jason.kukus13@gmail.com Name on Account: Jason Sturman DOB: 12/01/1984 Phone Number Associated: 541-735-0483.) This account was also hacked into and the password was changed. This account and Samsung Inc. has a backup of the corrupt phone and network files that will expose how they have access and are using cellular networks to hack into person devices of customers, u am aware of how to copy and save important phone software and program language through backup /restore software. I made several backup copies of the virus and phone software with Google, Gmail, Android, Symantec, Faronics, Lane Community College Servers (Also on Cheryl Flemmings Class Instructor Computer), Verizon backup/restore program, and also Samsung Inc.
After understanding the different aspects that were involved with the phone corruption (hacking, cellular network security breach, Android operating system breach,) I knew that I would need to report this digital threat. Having an idea of computers/phones hardware functions, software uses and function, and the integration of internet and this nations newly digitized phone networks and systems, I know that this vulnerability and breach of all phone carriers and security platforms that keep personal and financial information safe and protected has been eliminated and has caused a very dangerous situation for this countries cell phone customers. Knowing what was/is at stake, I made sure to document as much evidence of this threat and vulnerability as possible with copying and storing digital and computer/phone system files and programming on disk drive, security anti-virus software scans, Samsung Inc. backup/restore file saving, Verizon backup/restore software, as well as Google Android Tech Team. I made sure to have copies of the virus and scan of my phone system stored on Lane Community College’s( Faronics Anti-Virus Service) private system servers and Ms. Cheryl Flemmings Instructor Computer, while logged in with my student id number and password( everything a student does while logged into a computer is documented and recorded for safety purposes.) The instructor’s computer that I used to make the scan, I believe also became corrupted as well as Lane Community College’s entire network of computers, from student records, health records, and U.S. Department of Education financial aid accounts/personal student bank accounts/private lender institution accounts/scholarship account financial information. Lane Community College is the best place to find the virus and software/malware that is responsible and associated with all phone networks/carriers security breach in the entire country. Verizon, Samsung Inc., Faronics Company, and Google Android also have copies and reports of the virus and malware that has led to this very dangerous digital national security threat.
I have written this letter carefully, and I originally sent this letter that also was close with not as much detail to U.S. intelligence communities in December, 2016. The intent of this letter is to report and inform of this very dangerous national security threat which could cost billions of dollars. I have done my best to describe/articulate with as much detail and description as I can. This countries digital telecommunication systems and services that are now integrated with different software and programming that connects our phones to the internet with various and numerous types of information, has left vulnerability that is a very serious and could be a dangerous and crippling problem to the consumers and the economic structure of this great nation, the United States of America. Combining internet, digital phone systems, messaging, software applications/utilities, multimedia messaging has left major problems with security and privacy of citizens, businesses, and even government. I love my country, and as an American I felt it as my duty and obligation to document and report this national security threat.
If there are any questions or requests, please feel free to contact me,
Sincerely,
Jason Michael Kukus

I will never buy another Samsung item. I will now be an Iphone purchaser because this is the worst experience I've ever had. Shame on you Samsung for making me suffer for your faulty appliances.
