Geez! Best Thai food I've had in a really long time, very chic comfort-foody. So glad it was one of my first foodie experiences in KC, can't believe how fresh and delicious and authentic it was. Definitely will be back!

Worst place I ever ate. The place was nice but the food was so nasty and not even thai food at all. I was told that the owner was owned by thai people and the food are americanized. I could say that the food look pretty but once you eat the food, it doesn't taste wat it seem. I'll recommend people to go to a different place!!! WORST THAI FOOD I EVER ATE

Always have a great experience at Lulu's. Great food, great flavors, great environment. Have eaten here for several years and have always gone away satisfied and happy.

This was complete sh!t. I've tried several thai places in Missouri and they are all the same, crap. Go to the Pacific Northwest, try thai there! If you're ever up that way go to Spokane Valley to a little place called Thai Bamboo. Get the Drunken Noodles. THAT is what it should taste like. Also, my husband ordered chicken in his and it came with delightful chunks of nasty a$$ tofu. Missouri is really one of the worst places to live. I should know, I've loved here most of my life. Time can't slip by quick enough until I leave this heaping pile of sh!t behind.

OH. MY. GAWD. Firecracker shrimp. Steak satay. And REAL CRAB Rangoon. My Pad Thai was really really good, but the appetizers were BANGIN'!!! Get a Taro Bubble Tea as well. We are thinking of going back tomorrow...lol. I highly recommend this place. Oh, and the service.... was EXCELLENT. Not sure why everyone else said otherwise but our service was exceptional. The manager even came by and when we said we loved food he recommended other places to eat in town. Very nice place and we will most definitely return....soon.

Much like other people say, your food comes out super fast (once you get service). But this is not even remotely authentic thai food, so if that's what you're looking for look elsewhere. I recommend the most authentic in KC is Lemongrass (almost everyone there is from Thailand and the food is amazing). This place though, was food in the stomach to make it not growl anymore. I went once and will not return.

My wife and daughter had a good dining experience, but the pork in my pad thai was beyond gamey. At least they brought me a vegetarian version of the same dish that was very good. They didn't charge me for the first one, but only after I asked to have it removed from the bill. The ambiance was pleasantly urban, the service was good and the prices are comparable to say, Houlihans which is where I'll go next time I go out to eat with the family. Note to Lulu's management: Read all your Google reviews and regard every mention of something tasting less than fresh as a large caution flag.
