Read about the challenges of fair trade coffee farmers.
I was fortunate to be invited to join an Equal Exchange Co-op trip to Chiapas, Mexico to meet with coffee cooperatives in the area. I also met with human rights groups and other grassroots organizations that are active there.

Last May, you donated $43,000 to TABLE, to supply 400 kids with backpacks of food on the summer weekends. Join us on July 21, starting at 7:30 AM on the west patio of our Carrboro store to sort, bag, and deliver the weekend's food.
