This healthy take on mac and cheese includes a puree of butternut squash and onions. Customers have been requesting the recipe since our demo team served it last weekend at Southern Village.
Our Demo Team created this recipe as part of their healthy recipe makeovers. By using butternut squash to thicken the cheese sauce, they’ve made a healthy and delicious mac and cheese.
